When I was a very small child (5 or 6), I didn’t like flushing toilet paper because I was afraid it would be destroyed. And, after all, it had been near my private parts so it was very personal to me.
So I hid used toilet paper in my closet. My parents eventually found it, and my dad told me that the toilet paper was going to “a toilet party”. This worked, and I started flushing.
